REMI Watch Company recently crafted a bespoke, custom piece for me titled “DeadPool Maximum Effort.” It’s a striking two-subdial chronograph rendered in a deep wine red and black. The stealthy black case pairs effortlessly with the rich wine red dial and bezel, while the matching silicone strap ties the entire aesthetic together. The black metal clasp, complete with an ultra-clever magnetic enclosure, is pure class and unbelievably slick in daily wear.
One of my true litmus tests for a standout timepiece is whether it draws unsolicited compliments. This watch passed with flying colors. The comments and praise started on day one of hitting my wrist.
As an avid collector with over 50 watches in my collection, I don’t say this lightly. This piece immediately climbed into my top 10 the moment I unboxed it. For the level of build quality, execution, and sheer presence, it was an absolute steal.
